WBA offers personal training sessions for boxing, kickboxing, self defense, and strength training. We will formulate a training regiment according to your goals and what you’re looking to improve upon or excel at.
One-on-one boxing, kickboxing, and self defense sessions are led by Adam Washington, a USA Amateur Boxing coach, three-time National Brando Kickboxing Champion, and Golden Glove boxing winner. Strength training sessions are held Jennifer Washington, Certified Trainer.
