These are all important exercisesFullSizeRender(1) that we perform at WBA of Ardmore to build a strong foundation from the inside out. A strong core means a strong back and back injuries are the number one injury in the country that occur and are treated in work related accidents. Stay fit and strong. Washington Boxing Academy Of Ardmore Keeps its Warriors Sharp through various drills.  The partner combination drill that you see below combines offense, defense and footwork together to keep the mind and body working and the muscles confused.  Research has proven that muscle confusion is the way to the greatest of gains in physique and I do not think one can get more diverse than this.
